“I made the ballot!”

I’m so excited to announce I turned in more than the required amount of petition signatures to get my name on the ballot. I also qualified for Clean Elections funding. What does it mean to be a Clean Elections candidate? It means I raised a specific number of qualifying contributions from voters in my district so I could receive public funding for my campaign from the Citizens Clean Election Fund established by the state of Arizona. I also agreed to forgo special interest and high dollar contributions in order to participate in this program. Read more about Clean Elections funding.

I could not have done this without the support of the people in my district. Thank you to everyone that helped out, signed my petition, donated a qualifying contribution. and got your friends and family involved.

Now that I’m on the ballot I’ll be reaching out to more people in my district. Campaigning this year will be quite different from other election years and because of that I’m focusing on online events. Join my e-mail list, follow me on social media and check back here for the latest information.
